Game Participation Rules
Please read these rules carefully before starting the game.
- People can participate in our games. Children aged 8–10 may participate with parental supervision. Ages 10–14 require parental consent.
- Before the game, rules and safety instructions are explained. If rules are violated, you will be removed from the game and no refund will be issued. Violators may be added to the 'unwanted customers' list.
- Participation is strictly prohibited for individuals with phobias, mental disorders, heart conditions, asthma, epilepsy, pregnancy, or other health issues. If such conditions are hidden, all responsibility lies with the participant.
- If damage is intentionally caused to inventory, compensation or restoration may be required.
- By accepting the rules, you take full responsibility for your actions and your health.
- Damaging, dismantling, or taking props is prohibited. Any damage may result in compensation.
- Rude behavior, insults, or physical contact with actors is prohibited. Violations may result in removal from the game.
- Leaving the game storyline during gameplay is prohibited.
- Team members must behave respectfully and avoid causing harm. We are not responsible for conflicts between participants.
- The game includes fear elements, dark environments, sound effects, and physical interactions. 'Hard' and 'Ultra Hard' modes may include stronger effects.
- Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Before entering, personal belongings must be stored in lockers. Otherwise, we are not responsible for any damage.
- If the lights go out, remain where you are. Movement may cause injury.
- Video and audio recording is carried out for safety purposes. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.
- Games take place in dark, enclosed environments with special effects. Fear and stress reactions may occur.
- The game is a staged experience. By accepting the rules, you take full responsibility for all consequences.
